• Confirmation of your booking will be provided (either by telephone or email) within 24 hrs of your booking.
• Agent bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receipt must be presented to the guide before you commence the ride as proof of payment.
• Direct bookings (online/phone/fax) must be paid in full at the time of booking, or in cash on the day of departure.

• Pedal OZ reserves the right to cancel the tour at any time due to poor weather conditions, insufficient numbers or ill heath of the Guide. A full refund will be provided if this occurs.
• A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations at least three days prior to departure.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations less than three days prior to departure.

Participants must be aware of and acknowledge:

• bicycle touring involves risks and can be dangerous when undertaken without all due care on my part.
• that traffic, road and weather conditions and the actions of other participants can increase and affect my enjoyment of the tour.
• the participant, as a bicycle rider, or passenger in a support vehicle, accepts all risks.
• it is the participant's responsibility as a bicycle rider to keep their bicycle under proper control and operate it in a safe manner at all times.
• the participant must obey all Pedal OZ rules and the directions of any Pedal OZ Guide or any other person legally authorized to direct my actions.
